The CMS32L032 is Cmsemcion’s mainstream MCU based on ARM-Cortex M0+, with a maximum frequency of 64MHz, an operating voltage of 1.8V to 5.5V, and an industrial-grade design standard for operation from -40°C to 85°C. It provides 64KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, 1KB Data flash, up to 22 GPIOs, 12-bit ADC, 500Ksps sampling rate, and an internal integrated temperature sensor. Moreover, it includes 8-channel enhanced PWM, 8x 16-bit general-purpose timers, 2-channel UART, 1-channel SPI, 1-channel I2C, and an integrated event linkage controller, which enables direct connection between hardware modules without CPU intervention. It is available in SSOP24, QFN24, TSSOP20 and QFN20 packages.
