The BAT32G179 is a series of 32-bit MCUs we design based on the ARM? Cortex?-M0+. The max clock frequency of this chip is 64MHz. The chip possesses 512KB FLash, 20KB dedicated Flash storage section, 64KB SRAM storage section, 93 GPIOs, comparators, ADC, RTC, LCD bus, abundant analogue functions, timer and different kinds of communication ports.
The operating voltage of this series is ranged within 1.8V~5.5V.
