The BAT32A6700 series utilizes a high-performance ARM Cortex-M0+ core, with a main frequency of 48MHz, 128KB Flash, 12KB SRAM, and 1.5K Data Flash. It integrates various standard interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, LIN, and CAN buses. Additionally, it features a 12-bit A/D converter, a temperature sensor, an 8-bit D/A converter, a comparator, a programmable gain amplifier, a LIN transceiver, and a 5V LDO. With an integrated event linkage controller, it enables direct connection between hardware modules without CPU intervention, resulting in faster response times compared to using interrupt-driven approaches.
The BAT32A6700, with its outstanding high-temperature stability and high level of integration, comprehensively meets the most demanding application requirements in the automotive and industrial sectors. It can be applied in high-temperature actuator scenarios in vehicles, such as panel switches, sunroofs, seats, tail lights, sensors, and micro motors.
