Main frequency of 8MHz/16MHz; operating voltage of 2.4V to 4.5V; provides 8KB ROM, 344B RAM, 128B EEPROM; built-in 24-bit high-precision Sigma-Delta ADC, 2 differential inputs, gain options of 2, 4, 12, 16, 48, 64, 128, 256, 384, and output rate options from 10Hz to 10.4KHz; effective resolution of up to 20.0 bits, with internal short switch and system chopper switch, PGA pass-through SAR ADC, and integrated temperature sensor; built-in multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC; supports hardware LED driver, up to 8COM x 8 SEG; supports 1 UART; 2-channel PWM; supports 2 timers; can operate at -40°C to 85°C; and provides QFN32 packages.
