Main frequency of 8MHz/16MHz; operating voltage range of 2.0V to 4.5V; provides 4KB ROM, 256B RAM, and 128B EEPROM; built-in 24-bit high precision Sigma-Delta ADC, supports 2 differential inputs, gain options of 2, 4, 12, 16, 48, 64, 128, 256, 384, and output rate options from 20Hz to 10.4KHz; effective resolution of up to 20.0 bits, with internal short switch and system chopper switch, PGA pass-through SAR ADC, integrated temperature sensor; built-in multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC; supports hardware LCD driver, up to 4COM x 20 SEG; supports 1 UART; supports 2 timers; can operate at -40℃ to 85°C; provides die and QFN32 packages.
