Main frequency is 8MHz/16MHz, voltage is 2.0V to 4.5V, supply 8KB ROM,344B RAM ,128B EEPROM, Built-in 24-bit precision Sigma-Delta ADC, supports 1 differential input with selectable gains of 2 、4 、12 、16 、48、64 、128 、384. Output rate selectable: 10Hz~10.4KHz; Effective resolution up to 20.0 bits, with internal short switch and system chopper switch, PGA pass-through SAR ADC, integrated temperature sensor. Built-in multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC; Support hardware LED drivers, support up to 8COM x 8 SEG, Supports 1 UART, Support 2 timers, Can work at -40°C to 85°C, provide SOP16 and SSOP24 packages.
