The BAT32G139 is an MCU series that we designed based on ARM? Cortex?-M0+. It is a 32-bit micro-controller with low power consumption. The maximum operating frequency of this chip is 64MHz, also, it contains 256KB Flash, 2.5KB dedicated Flash storage section, 32KB SRAM storage, 75 GPIO and support the comparator, ADC, RTC, DAC, abundant analogue functions, timer and different kinds of communication ports.
The operating voltage of this chip is ranged within 1.8V~5.5V.
