CMS24AD2002 adopts Sigma-Delta modulator and realizes PGA amplification through low-noise instrument amplifier structure. When PGA=128, ODR=10Hz, VREF=3.3V, the effective resolution can reach 20.6 bits. CMS24AD2001 has a built-in RC oscillator, which can be used to configure multiple functional modes through DRDYB/DOUT and SCLK, such as temperature detection, PGA gain selection, ADC data output rate selection, and so on.
